Welcome to Plots & Pans! I'm Dominique Charles, a New Orleans-grown, DC-based accountant with a knack for cooking and growing food. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, but my love of gardening started in 2014 when a friend built me a starter garden as a housewarming gift. From that day on, I was devoted to gardening and helping other’s experience the joy and satisfaction that comes with growing your own food.
